NHS – Friends & Family Test
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience.
The three main ways to collect the FFT responses are:
- Paper based form
- Tablet or terminal device
- SMS (text messaging) with a link to a survey
The problem most hospitals face is that all three ways to collect the FFT responses are not unified. For the collection of 1, it is a manual process of counting responses. For collection of 2 & 3, there could be different suppliers. To get monthly FFT statistics, the Hospital is required to gather FFT responses from all three sources and combine it into one.
Our service and proprietary software aim to provide NHS Hospitals with a solution to combine all the ways of collecting FFT responses securely, anonymously and stored in a central location. We offer each Hospital access to their own FFT reporting system, where they can view and export their FFT responses. The combination of our technologies from Messagegram, Survee, TIC and Form Engine all make this FFT Ecosystem function seamlessly.
